What's for dinner?


We all love food... A lovely cook up followed by a nice treat! Sometimes though (well a lot of the time), we get so cought up with a busy life style, we struggle to keep our eating healthy and end of grabbing an unhealthy quick fix.


Here, we have some easy  Vegetarian/Vegan recipes for all to try!  Feel free to email a picture/review of your attempt at the recipe posted. You can also connect with us on Facebook!

All recipe's submitted must be Vegetarian or Vegan. Why? Because our aim is to show that animal free eating can be fun and is not just vegetables as some believe! Also, to help people explore vegetarian/vegan options and learn something new, whilst promoting health.


All recipes must be submitted by Sunday at 5pm, as we will select the winner for the week. You will be notified if you have won, and your recipe will be uploaded ready for Monday.

We simply select the most scrumptious and interesting recipe.

Vegan Curried Rice



2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon ground cumin, or to taste

1 tablespoon ground curry powder, or to taste

1 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste

1 cube vegetable bouillon

1 cup water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 cup uncooked white OR brown rice
